Just had a wonderful girls trip and we enjoyed out stay very much! Service was phenomenal, breakfast was delicious and room was tidied every time we got back from breakfast. The grounds are lovely and we were lucky enough to stay in the Hilltop Orchards suite with it's wonderful sun deck. Walkable to downtown and all the recommendations of where to go or eat were great. We'd all definitely stay there the next time!
A truly outstanding inn with super friendly staff, great service and lots of complimentary treats including sweets, toiletries and freshly baked cookies. The room was super comfy and cosy with a log fire. The breakfast was excellent- hats off to the chef. All this conveniently located within a 10 minute all of bars and restaurants in Lenox which is a charming little town with some lovely restaurants and boutiques
Love this place! I came here for a weekend getaway and it was the perfect place. It's in a great location, the Inn is adorable and the service there is top notch. It felt like going to a friend's house versus a hotel. The Inn is very clean and your visit comes with a delicious breakfast. This place is a gem and we will definitely be coming back!
We've been going to the Berkshire's for 30 years, always trying a new Bed and Breakfast. Last year, Garden Gables impressed us so much that we returned this year and there was no disappointment! Rosie the Innkeeper welcomed us like family who have returned to visit a home away from home. Her hospitality and attention to detail, along with her fabulous team, are the impeccable qualities that are responsible for making this Inn, the finest we have visited in all these years. The staff was always present to be helpful and service at breakfast could not have been better! The chef was also able to accommodate specific food allergies and preferences without any hesitation. Check out time was 11:00AM, but we were welcomed to remain in the lovely common area, as long as we liked, without being rushed out. Rosie even offered us refreshments! Before we left, we booked our rooms (by the way which we could hand pick for personal preference), for next year! An added treat is their connection to Hilltop Orchards , where you can enjoy hiking,snowshoeing, warm donuts and a free wine tasting! My friends and I look forward to our next late winter get away!
It gets sweeter with each stay. The room is clean, cozy, and full of character. Victoria and Debbie are amazing. The food is always fresh and delicious. The homemade almond croissant is a must have. Thank you for making this stay amazing!
Spent 3 nights in July to visit Lennox, Hike and see a show at Tangle wood. Everything was perfect. Service was spot on. Property was beautiful. Food was awesome! Highly recommend if you are staying in the area.
This is the perfect B&B! The innkeepers are friendly and helpful and know your name when you arrive! The rooms are beautiful, Cozy and authentic. Get a room with a fireplace in the winter- just fabulous!! The location is perfect to walk into town and walk around or go out for dinner.
Jennifer and Michelle created an experience of Welcome Home!! I have never experienced such a high level of customer care and genuine kindness while staying at an Inn. Every detail has been addressed in this gorgeous property. I never wanted to leave. I barely left my room because it was so stunning and cozy and beautifully appointed with every amenity I could possibly need. This has been one of the most exceptional experiences I've ever had on my travels. I highly recommend visiting this property.
